Team Cap vs Team Iron Man, Which would you trust your business ?

We analyze for you what would be the best Civil War square in real life to form a   Board that better direct to a company. Do you have your favorite team?

This weekend opens the much-anticipated third installment of the cinematic saga of Marvel,   Captain America: Civil War. As many can be inferred by the trailers, the plotgoes   how Super soldier team and Iron Man's face in an epic battle defend or delete the    records of registration of super heroes.

With all the noise that has been her social networks to the choice of a team by the   spectators, I started thinking what would be the best squad in real life,   what would best    complement in a hypothetical scenario: a company's management.

And it's real: any company that has reached a certain size and you want to take thenext step in the scaling up, must have a good management team, better known   as an Administrative Council.

According to the University of Navarra, the Mission of this group of persons is directing,   guiding and managing a company. It can be formed by the shareholders and   the owner of a company or be composed of individuals elected by these people so that    handling the day to day of large corporations.

An Administrative Council has important tasks as manage different fronts of a company   so that it reaches the desired results, face competition,   promote sustained   growth and the most important, direct to the director general in making decisions.

Although there is not a single structure that fits all companies, according to the consulting firm Norgestion, a Council of this type should ideally have several members in accordance with the size of the company, but up to six members is a good number   for a family business which should be considered:

President. A person who directs the organ and is responsible for the operation.

Secretary. Individual who must ensure compliance with the procedures.

Counselors. Executives who know the reality of a company and provide opinions on your   address.

What does have to do with the Civil War?

With this as a base, I began to analyze which of the two teams in Marvel would be the best administrative councils. Based solely on the characters as they are in the comics and not as they are represented in the film, as well, they would be the sets:

Presidents: Tony Stark (Iron Man) vs. Steve Rogers (Captain America)

The character who appeared in the comic Tales of Suspense #39 (March 1963) is theson of a billionaire weapons manufacturer. Although it is the owner of Stark industries,   not it serves as its CEO (that does his girlfriend Pepper Potts).

Genius, inventor, millionaire, philanthropist, usually a man who stops at nothing to    accomplish its objectives, even if sometimes that means using   questionable tactics.   For example, in the comic book on which the film is based,   Stark exposes the life of Peter Parker when it does reveal his secret identity.

For his part, Rogers has a vision of life less emphatic. Knows that peace can not be paid   with coarctation of the basic rights and never falls into the shenanigans that hisopponent is   based to win (such as developing a robot of Thor).

"To run a real business, Tony Stark would be the best option because it has the technical   resources - money, connections - to do so. "Captain America   is rather a moral leader",   said Sergio López.

Let us remember that Stark appeared on the Forbes Fictional 15 list   with a fortune estimated at $ 12.5 billion.

The Super soldier usually Marvel moral leader, because it is not only incredibly strong,   also represents the values of a golden age of honor and delivery. It is taken as his struggle   for the defense of the rights of the super human.

Winner: Rogers, because it is a moral leader able to accept when you make a mistake and   to listen to his companions.

"Captain America is the best leader, follows his moral code and supports all members of his team; everyone needs to reach the finish line together and will not leave them alone", indicates the critic of television and cinema, Tivi Stivi.

Secretaries: The black widow and the Falcon

Natasha Romanoff isone of the best spies on the planet and is capable of carrying up to more complex missions. In this hypothetical scenario, it served as the enforcerer   of the team. Here could also be war machine, James Rhodes, the best friend of Tony Stark and who sometimes acts as his conscience.

#TeamCap: Hawkeye, Sharon Carter, Bucky Barnes (the winter soldier), the Ant manand the Scarlet witch, all characters with dark pasts and that they have had troublewith the law.

According to Tivi Stivi, the best team is the Super soldier because "he knows that not everything is black or white; they understand that there is an option extra and follow that instinct, whereas that of Iron Man follows orders without seeing beyond thehorizon."

However, Sergio López, asserts that "the technical effects, and intelligence operation, is better Iron Man team because it is much more analytical".

Then, what would be the best?

It is difficult to determine which of the two teams would run best on a hypothetical   scenario because it would depend on the type of company    that handled, however,   the team Iron Man has a failure fatal (at least in the comics):   has a President who    might commit serious fouls in order to win and that is closed to listen to other opinions.And that would be great Achilles heel because   the basic function of a Board   of Directors is   to orient the Chairman or CEO in decision-making, something they cannot doif this do not listen to them.

At the end of the day it's a film of superheroes, but they help us to better understand the archetypes presented in all stages of life,   even in a company.
